Alexis A. Liistro
Alexis Liistro practices in the areas of computer software, computer systems, electronics, mechanical devices, and telecommunications.
Alexis’ legal experience includes working at the firm as a Summer Associate where she drafted patent applications, responses to office actions, and letters to foreign associates. Alexis also worked as a summer law clerk in a Boston-based law firm and as a summer litigation legal assistant at a New York City law firm. In these roles Alexis reviewed autism omnibus client files for research-gathering purposes and contacted clients regarding case information and status. She also assisted attorneys and paralegals with litigation discovery documents and conducted legal research.
Alexis has also co-authored the article “Indemnification for Patent Infringement Under the Uniform Commercial Code” which was published in the Boston Patent Law Association Newsletter in August 2008
