Anne J. Collins

From 1981-1986, Anne Collins was a Research Scientist at Damon Biotech, where she was involved in the scale-up of their encapsulation process and subsequently was promoted to Production Supervisor of the process. From 1986-1992, she was a Senior Research Scientist at Genetics Institute, developing assays which were used to monitor stages of the production process for Genetics Institute's products.

Since joining the firm, Anne has practiced in the Biotechnology and Chemical areas. During that time, she has prepared and prosecuted U.S. and foreign patent applications, evaluated technology in the course of due diligence assessments, and participated in the drafting of materials transfer agreements, opinions, and confidential disclosure agreements.
