Keith J. Wood
Keith Wood has significant experience handling intellectual property matters both in the U.S. and abroad. He assists clients including corporations of all sizes, small start-ups and individuals with the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, and counsels clients regarding patent portfolio strategies, trademarks, litigation and licensing.
Keith’s patent practice has included technologies in a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, computer and internet-related industries, such as in the fields of refrigeration, filtration, semiconductor manufacturing, fuel cells, software, encryption, image processing, transactional methods, telecommunications, processor architecture, nanomaterials, integrated circuit design, optics, acoustics, medical devices and clean energy technologies.
Keith has co-authored the articles Issue Preclusive Effect of Markman Claim Construction Rulings, Boston Patent Law Association Newsletter, April 2008 and Indemnification for Patent Infringement under the Uniform Commercial Code, Boston Patent Law Association Newsletter, August 2008.
Keith is the Chair of the Energy Special Interest Group of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge.
