Maria L. Cedroni
Maria is an Associate with the firm and her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, patent prosecution, trademark prosecution and trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings.
Maria has represented clients in all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including discovery and drafting motions and briefs. Maria also drafts patent applications, responds to communications from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, drafts appeal briefs, and has argued before the U.S. Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. Additionally, Maria has represented clients in obtaining trademark protection and in defending their rights in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Prior to joining the firm, Maria worked as a Laboratory Technician at the Washington University Genome Sequencing Center, where she was involved with the Human Genome Project. Maria has also co-authored articles in Theoretical and Applied Genetics and Plant Molecular Biology.
