Intellectual Property Basics

Pamela Torpey and Alex Akhiezer will be presenting at WPI Venture Forum Global Entrepreneurship Week on Monday, November 15th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Their presentation is aimed at starting entrepreneurs, independent inventors and academic researchers. They plan to cover the basics of the copyright, trademark, trade secret, and patent law. They will also cover the fundamentals of the process by which the intellectual property protection can be obtained.
