Dr. Vivien Tannoch-Magin specializes in intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution, due diligences, opinions and litigation. Dedicated to working for all clients ranging from start-up companies to large corporations, as well as many universities and medical centers, Vivien is entrusted with managing both modest and complex IP portfolios. Vivien earned a B.Sc., with honors, in Biochemistry and Immunology from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland, a Ph.D. from the University of Glasgow in Scotland, and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, Boston. Pamela strives to understand all facets of each client's business goals to provide dedicated, comprehensive and successful client service. Her practice focuses on the areas of biotechnology and organic chemistry, including polymer chemistry and pharmaceuticals.
