Rader Will ParticipateMary K. Murray, Ph.D. and Scott Pierce, principals of our firm, in collaboration with Suffolk University Law School’s Center for Advanced Legal Studies, have organized an all day symposium entitled “Critical Changes in Patent Law and Practice” to be held at Suffolk University Law School, 120 Tremont Street, Boston, MA, on February 24, 2012. Judge Randall R. Rader, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, will be participating in the all day symposium as a panel member, a luncheon keynote speaker and audience participant. In addition, Brian Hanlon, Esq., Director of Patent Legal Administration of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Raymond Chen, Esq., Deputy General Counsel for Intellectual Property Law and Solicitor of the USPTO, Dennis Crouch, Esq. of PatentlyO, as well as other practitioners and legal scholars will also participate in the symposium. Mary and Scott will serve as both moderators and panel members for various panel sessions. David Brody, a principal of the firm, will participate in a litigation panel session.
