Christopher assists with trademark preparation and prosecution, as well as intellectual property litigation.  Chris has extensive trademark experience, including involvement in all phases of U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution as well as U.S. trademark opposition and cancellation actions.  In addition to providing the firm’s trademark paralegal support, Chris also assists the firm’s clients with obtaining U.S. copyright registrations and has handled copyright applications in the fields of literature, visual arts, and computer software.  Chris is well versed in the latest Electronic Discovery practices, providing technical support on developing strategies for implementing electronic productions, creating and maintaining electronic databases, and preparing electronic discovery agreements in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

Chris came to the firm with many years of paralegal experience, and formerly held a position with another Boston intellectual property boutique law firm as an intellectual property litigation paralegal focusing on suits in various federal courts across the country, including patent litigations in the fields of telephony, pharmaceuticals, computer software, and sporting equipment, as well as trademark disputes.

Chris graduated from Wake Forest University in 2004, cum laude with honors.
