BPLA "Technical Inventions in European Patent Law" Seminar

On Thursday, June 7, 2018, Keith Wood, Counsel, co-hosted the BPLA International and Foreign Practice Committee seminar "Technical Inventions in European Patent Law" at District Hall in Boston.  The seminar consisted of several panel discussions giving insights on technical inventions in European patent practice. 

Speakers included a delegation of senior European patent examiners led by Miguel Domingo Vecchioni, one of the drafters of the upcoming European Patent Office guidelines on Computer Implemented Inventions; and two American practitioners from Ropes & Gray, whose practice includes substantial focus on Europe, including European oppositions.
