Hamilton Brook Smith Reynolds was recognized for its Patent and Trial Appeal Board (PTAB) work in the PTAB Intelligence Report in four categories: Most Active Law Firm (Patent Owner), Best Performing Law Firm (Patent Owner), Most Active Law Firm (Overall Activity), and Best Performing Law Firm (Overall Performance).
Our firm was also recognized for its abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) litigation work in the ANDA Litigation Intelligence Report 
in four categories: Best Performing Law Firm (Plaintiff) and Most Active Law Firm (Plaintiff), Most Active Law Firm (Overall), and Best Performing Law Firm (Overall).
Brian Moriarty was individually ranked in the ANDA Litigation Intelligence Report for his top performance. The Report reviews the activity and performance of attorneys and law firms for Hatch-Waxman litigation. Researchers evaluated over 200 law firms and nearly 1,500 attorneys and analyzed the data from 1,428 ANDA cases filed from 2018 to 2023.
Larry Cogswell and Keith Wood were included in the PTAB Intelligence Report for their top performances. Keith Wood ranked in the Top 250 for Best Performing Attorney (Patent Owner) out of nearly 1,000 stakeholders evaluated this year. The Report evaluates all PTAB proceedings to find the top attorneys and law firms based on their activity and performance before the PTAB.
