November 5, 2012

Leading intellectual property law firm Hamilton, Brook, Smith & Reynolds, P.C. is pleased to announce that it is expanding from its base in Concord, Massachusetts, to a second office in the Seaport Innovation District in Boston.  The new Seaport location will be at 155 Seaport Boulevard, Boston.  Both offices will provide a full range of intellectual property services.  James Smith, Founder and Principal at Hamilton Brook Smith Reynolds, stated, “We are excited to be growing our practice and adding a new office in the Innovation District:  the perfect spot for an intellectual property law firm.  This new office will be close to many of our existing technology, life science and litigation clients and puts us in a position to better serve our clients.”

The new office will officially open in early September, 2013.

John DuPré, President and Principal at Hamilton Brook Smith Reynolds, stated, “This move will put us a few hundred yards from the Federal courthouse and will be especially good for our growing patent and IP litigation practice.  With the proximity to the courthouse and all that the entire Seaport has to offer, we expect continued growth of our litigation practice.  We are excited about expanding into one of Boston’s up and coming areas.”

David Brook, Founder and Principal at Hamilton Brook Smith Reynolds, stated, “I am proud to see our firm expand to Boston.  Having offices downtown and in Concord will provide our world class clients with a choice of where they would prefer to meet with us.  Both offices will carry out our vision of providing the highest quality intellectual property representation.”

The firm is already hosting intellectual property law events in the Seaport area.  At the start of the year, the firm will kick off a series of additional events in its new neighborhood.
