Alice is a Principal of the firm and a member of the firm’s Management Committee.  She has 29 years of experience, concentrating her practice in patent law, licensing and due diligence matters. Alice’s clients have turned to her for U.S. and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, drafting and negotiating license agreements, infringement and freedom to operate studies and opinions, research support agreements, and confidentiality agreements.

Susan is a Principal of the firm and a trial attorney with 36 years of experience. Susan devoted much of her career to litigating complex trademark, trade dress, copyright, patent conflicts, patent office proceedings, and trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings.

Deirdre is a Principal of the firm with 23 years of experience in strategic biotechnology patent prosecution and counseling and in intellectual property litigation and enforcement.  Deirdre’s patent practice focuses on biotechnology, with a particular emphasis on biologics, including antibody-based therapeutics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, immuno-oncology and immunotherapy, genetic diagnostics, protein-based sensors, and drug discovery and development.
