Rebecca Simmons is a Winner of the 2018 Boston Patent Law Association’s Writing Competition

Congratulations to Rebecca Simmons, who tied for first place in the 2018 Boston Patent Law Association’s Writing competition. Each year the BPLA holds an annual Writing Competition encouraging law students to submit papers relating to intellectual property law. Becky’s submission, Navigating Paris Convention Article 4(C)(4): The International Right of Priority in the United States and Abroad, explores the history and context of Article 4 of the Paris Convention and 35 U.S.C. § 119.
