Christopher is an intellectual property paralegal with over 15 years experience.

Chris currently focuses on U.S. and foreign trademark application preparation and prosecution. Chris has extensive trademark experience in trademark matters, including all phases of state, federal, and international trademark prosecution, trademark opposition and cancellation actions, and litigation of trademark rights.

Chris obtains trademark protection for clients in a wide variety of fields such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, electrical and mechanical engineering, and computer hardware and software. He is responsible for the management of expansive trademark portfolios and ensures that clients’ trademark rights are maintained through the filing of necessary declarations of use and renewal applications domestically and overseas. Additionally, Chris assists the firm’s clients with obtaining U.S. copyright registrations and has handled copyright applications in the fields of literature, visual arts, and computer software.

Chris came to the firm with many years of paralegal experience and formerly held a position with another Boston intellectual property boutique law firm as an intellectual property litigation paralegal focusing on suits in various federal courts across the country, including patent litigations in the fields of telephony, pharmaceuticals, computer software, and sporting equipment, as well as trademark disputes.

Chris graduated from Wake Forest University in 2004, cum laude with honors.
