The practice of intellectual property law depends significantly on the quality and depth of technical and scientific knowledge that a firm can offer its clients. We actively recruit scientists and engineers from industry and academia who are interested in pursuing careers in IP law to enrich the pool of knowledge within our Firm. Our Patent Agents and Technology Specialists enjoy the same mentoring culture and training opportunities that are available to the attorneys. As a Patent Agent or Technology Specialist, you will also be afforded the opportunity to attend law school on a part-time basis, fully subsidized by the Firm. The Firm has a proven track record of developing patent agents and technology specialists into practicing attorneys and eventually Principals of the Firm.
We invite you to explore opportunities with Hamilton Brook Smith Reynolds.
