Hamilton Brook Smith Reynolds, an intellectual property boutique with offices in Boston and Lincoln, Massachusetts, seeks a Patent Agent or Technology Specialist with a background in Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline. Candidates should have experience with patent drafting and prosecution. A Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering or related discipline is required. Additional background in artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, medical devices, medical imaging or robotics is a plus Successful candidates will have outstanding writing and interpersonal skills, as well as strong academic credentials in technical and legal areas.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 – $180,000. The actual offered rate will be based on job-related factors, including but not limited to qualifications and experience. This range represents HBSR’s reasonable estimate of starting salary at the time of posting. This position is also eligible for an hours-based bonus.
